The couple married in a small Methodist chapel located in the very rural, Hopwood, PA.

Following the ceremony, photographs were taken at Jumonville below the Great Cross of CHRIST.

A walking bridge, shallow pond, outdoor stairway, and beautiful pine woods made natural and romantic backdrops for this couple, so visibly in love.

The bridal party of eight accompanied Jessica and John during this time and then elected to give them some private photography moments just before the reception.

The cool green of April pines, warm sunlight, and surrounding earth tones suited Jessica and John’s desire for the natural and romantic.

The bride was amazing in a modest, white, mermaid gown with lace back and chapel train. Her fingertip veil with pearl and crystal accent piece was visually outstanding!

She carried a dazzling brooch bouquet made with love by her mom. The bridesmaids wore floor length gowns in an ivory and navy palette of lace and sateen.

The bride, bridegroom, and entire bridal party reflected softly on the pale green pond water while standing length wise along the foot bridge of Jumonville. The group alternated in groomsman to bridesmaid pattern with John and Jessica centered.

Overflowing with excitement, the bridesmaids had an idea to throw John over the bridge, but not before Jessica reeled him in with her handy fishing rod!

Couples portraits featured handholding, a hand kiss, and a romantic kiss.

Nearby, a set of natural stairs provided ideal scenery for more traditional bride and bridesmaids, groom and groomsmen, and bride and groom portraits.

A scrumptious dinner, hours of dancing, a garter and bouquet toss, and cake cutting were highlights of the fabulous and fun filled reception!

True to style, Jessica and John wanted to create a thank you portrait before the end of the evening, so that they could incorporate it with a message of love filled gratitude. Using a burlap rope and white pennant style message board, the couple exchanged a thank you kiss for their beloved guests.
